RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Regular priced items that are unworn, unwashed and in original condition with tags and packaging are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days from the original date of purchase.
Online orders or shipped orders will be eligible for 30 days from the date of package delivery confirmation.
All original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Items that are discounted, or marked as sale are considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible for returns, exchange or cancellation.
Special Releases or Raffle Products are considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Items that are FINAL SALE will be indicated on the product page, as well as at final check out.
Gift Cards are considered FINAL SALE and therefore not eligible for exchange, or refund, and are not redeemable for cash. Any items purchased using a gift card can only be refunded back onto a gift card.
Returns can be made in store or via shipment.

For online orders and shipment returns:
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, and reason for return.
Once the return is approved, we will send you our return address and ask that you provide tracking information as well.
Any costs associated with shipped returns are the customer’s responsibility.
Please ensure that all items are well and securely packaged.
Once the items are received back and confirmed to be in original condition, we will proceed with the refund.
